Stayd (Stayd, LLC) SMS alerts and account notifications
These terms govern text messages sent by Stayd, LLC (“Stayd,” “we,” “us”) under this SMS program.
Stayd sends transactional and informational texts about Stayd services, account alerts, and optional marketing messages if you have opted in. Messages may include reservation or account updates, service notices, and, where you have separately consented, promotional information about Stayd.
Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 msgs/month. Actual frequency varies by account activity and the types of alerts you have enabled.
Message and data rates may apply. Stayd does not charge a fee to receive program messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging or data rates according to your wireless plan.
You will only receive program messages after you provide a mobile number and consent to SMS communications from Stayd. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may use Stayd services without agreeing to receive marketing texts.
HELP: Reply HELP to any Stayd text for assistance, or contact customer support at hello@stayd.co or https://stayd.co.
STOP: Reply STOP to any Stayd text to opt out. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will not receive further program messages unless you opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Wireless carriers and Stayd are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues, network problems, or incorrect mobile numbers.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
